VAT for short term stay actually 7% (we sho separately)

Cleaning and change over bed all7 days (weekdays between 8.00 and 9.00 a.m.)

Olease note: If you do not proof that your stay is for business / professional reason we have to add local tax:  "Hamburger Kultur- and Tourismustaxe" (1€ je  overnight stay) 
 

All extra costs such as electricity, heating, water, Sat-TV, WLAN, LAN.

On demand you can utilize a postbox wich is used by all appartments together. Your address is suitable for permanent residence registration in the coty of Hamburg depending on the duration of your stay. On demand we give you "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung". Please not that all costs in relation to your registration will be not part of the rent.

Our Laundry Loft off course has itss own Washer and dryer as a shared service for all guests.
